We operate in supply-rich locations like India, Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Canada, and Southeast Asia.Role and Responsibilities:The RewardsConsultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefitsKey Responsibilities:

  • Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR Talent
  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the following areas:
  • Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)
  • Pay ranges design & implementation
  • Benefits design
  • Budgeting / annual cycle management
  • Compensation structuring
  • Statutory impact & related updates
  • Manage C&B project modules independently
  • Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal team
  • Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market
Experience and Requirements:Required Experience and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in a compensation role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Regional / global experience in C&B
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage
  • University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required
  • Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus
