Job Description

As the Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our client\'s communications strategy. You will oversee all internal and external communications efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and enhancing the firm\'s visibility and reputation.

• Lead the development of company\'s communication strategies (internal & external) and oversee their implementation.
• Manage public relations and corporate communication initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and branding strategies including collaterals, pitch decks, client proposals, etc.
• Coordinate with various departments for internal communications.
• Ensure consistency in the company\'s brand messaging across various channels.
• Plan and manage events, press conferences, and PR activities.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Strategize and implement communications plan for the entire firm|Work closely with the leadership team in a high visibility role

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in corporate communication or related roles.
• Must have prior experience of working in agencies or corporates but in B2B environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to craft clear, concise messages.
• Proven experience managing media relations and securing placements in relevant publications.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
