In addition to this, we also have Regional Engagement Hubs across India and a co-working space in Bangalore.Role Summary/Purpose:A Communications Manager creates implements and oversees communication programs that effectively describes and promotes the organization and its services and working closely with Business Leader and establish Organizational messages and keep employees informed of developments.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with Senior Leaders.Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of contentDraft messages or scripts from Senior Leaders for presentation to employees in written or spoken formTo ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organizationDevelops, executes and evaluates a variety of internal communication strategies and tactics designed to educate key stakeholders, including company leaders and employees, and customers through internal and external communication programs.Works closely with other functions and staff of other departments to plan and execute communication projects including conceptualizing, writing, editing, vendor management, delivery and evaluation.Works collaboratively with Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategic communication programs for employees to promote business literacy or communicate corporate and business initiatives.Provides editorial planning and support to employee communication vehicles - both print and electronicDevelops and implements various strategies to further support the branding of the company among the employees.Create and develop quarterly newsletters.Required Skills/Knowledge:Minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in Communications or in lieu of a degree 4 - 6 years of experienceBachelors degree in Communications or Post Graduate degree in Communications.Experience in building and managing internal communications function.Broad understanding of how strategic and tactical communications support the business goals of the organization.Demonstrated understanding of a variety of print and electronic communications tools and mediaAbility to prepare reports and maintain recordsExcellent communication skillsExcellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing about corporate and business initiatives.Ability to handle a variety of routine and complex communication projects simultaneously and within deadline.Project management skills to include comprehensive planning, scheduling, communication and negotiation.Ability to initiate ideas and develop programs to enhance communications effortsDemonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling story ideas.Flexible to work in shifts.Should have completed 18 months in SYF and 12 months in current role;Should not be on formal active corrective or PIP..Desired Skills/Knowledge:Minimum of 6 years of experience in Communications.Bachelors degree in Communications or Post Graduate degree in Communications.Preferably from ITES IndustryPR communications skillsEligibility Criteria:Minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in Communications or in lieu of a degree 4 - 6 years of experienceBachelors degree in Communications or Post Graduate degree in Communications.Work Timings: 03:00PM to 12:00 AM ( Should be willing to work in Flexible Shifts)Grade/Level: 09Job Family Group: Communications
