Lead, inspire, and guide a team of commercial real estate sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on business development. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans specifically tailored to the commercial real estate market and business growth objectives. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial clients, exceeding their real estate requirements and expectations, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector, identifying potential areas for business expansion. Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard new members to the commercial sales team as needed to expand and strengthen the division\'s business development efforts. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the commercial real estate sales team, providing regular reports to senior management, with a focus on business development KPIs.
