Commercial Deal Architect The Commercial Deal Architect (CDA) is a professional with experience working in multinational enterprises and leads pricing and commercial discussions for complex sales opportunities. He/She owns creating Pricing proposal with associated Commercial terms and does financial analysis with approvals. CDA also interacts with customers to present proposals, walkthrough offers and do Commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities Commercial lead for sales opportunities, working with account manager, sales engineer and bid team to develop the opportunity commercial strategy and deal shape. Deal pricing responsibility - comprising of financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, profit/loss, Capex/Opex analysis while ensuring Deal Approval matrix and process compliance. Manage internal processes and the stakeholders to develop deal commercial construct. Lead the communication and management of the business authorizations process. Ensure all required approvals are taken for Customer offers provided and any negotiated Commercial terms. The CDA must develop a working knowledge of customer needs, market & products/services to influence and shape the development of the commercial models. Single point of contact with Cross functional teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Legal, Product, Finance), w.r.t providing bid/RFP responses and subsequent contractual documentation. Customer facing to assess customer commercial/contractual requirements and the commercial flexibility required to win the sales opportunity. Contribution to pricing tools owned by Commercial teams (inc. Excel development, modelling etc). Skills, qualification & experience Working knowledge of Enterprise Telecommunication products (networks and managed services) familiarity with UCC, Network services, Cloud services. Advanced Excel including financial models, prior pricing experience helpful Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language Experienced & comfortable working in cross functional teams in global setup across multiple time zones. Good interpersonal skills & team player Capable/comfortable with direct customer interactions on need basis Graduate in Finance, Telecomm or Science, MBA would be welcome. 3-6 years\' experience in Pricing, Commercial or similar role.
