1. Role SummaryThe role is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of Exports and taking responsibility of the targeted topline & bottom line.2. Key Duties &Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategy and setting target for exports in discussion with management
- Achieving the targets & goals set for Exports
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of Customers
- Expand business opportunity through penetration of new markets and countries
- Plan and roll out field activities in discussion with marketing team to increase sales
- Co-ordinate with factory and commercial executive for production & despatch of the goods as per customer specifications.
- Monitor competitive activity, report it, and take actions to counter regularly
- Prepare and share required reports
