Summary:We are seeking an experienced Manager CMS Manager to join our Marketing department and spearhead our effort to build a sub-brand under udChalo. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience of managing a brand driven by compelling and engaging content and own this brand from doing tech conversation to driving traffic and generate revenue out of it.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, technology and Sales, to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Create and edit content for a variety of marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize the revune generation from the sub-brand
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirement: * The preferable candidate should be from a defense background. (Retd. or Dependent)

• Equally comfortable to create contents in English, Hindi and Hinglish
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Should be proficient to use the AI tools and know how to get best out these tools. Not just the copy-paste type.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different target audiences and marketing channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
