: Responsible for monitoring operations quality performance across all TPOs in the cluster . Drive quality improvement projects engaging TPO QA Team. . Ensure compliance of quality assurance procedures and standards . Conduct regular analysis of Quality rejections, work out CAPA . Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis for major defects and other quality issues . Responsible for identifying training needs and arranging trainings at cluster units . Conduct periodic audits to ensure liquid quality and compliance to other quality standards in units . Drive QMS and FSMS certifications . Facilitate and ensure closure of customer complaints with CAPA along with the manufacturing team . Share the Units performance with HO vertical leads (Weekly/Monthly) and seek support . Fortnightly visit to each TMU units by Cluster Quality team to verify available control samples of ENA/HBS/Blends & QA critical instruments. . Market samples of Prs+ products (One sample/brand/unit) shall be verified at respective Mfg. units during quarterly unit audits - Cluster team. . All ENA sources shall be audited once a year by respective cluster Quality team. . Innovation & Renovation start up activities and validation at units . OMU & TMU: Quarterly audit of all cluster units for GRMS/SQIP/GMP/GFPS by Cluster Quality team. .Quarterly once warehouse audits & product testing as per GFPS by cluster team of all own & private depots. Play a pivotal role as unit quality manager in collaboration with unit team to Build, Sustain and improve quality systems and capability development at unit level . Monitor end of the line inspection of all finished goods at the unit as per GFPS standards . Verification of RM/PM inspection as per standards and sensory evaluation of samples . Ensure all the batches produced as per the defined specifications and Liquid quality Compliance. .Customer compliant sample collection, Investigation, Root cause and Action plan implementation. . Lead root cause problem solving investigations for issues that occur on quality at units . Responsible for capability development of unit quality team on quality standards . Engage unit quality teams for the implementation of quality standards . Ensure all Statutory / regulatory requirements to be complied without any deviations . Responsible for planning and conducting periodic Internal Audit, MRM for FSMS and Food Safety certification & Monitoring . Take appropriate action/approval for QA hold/under deviation/reworked material . Ensure MIS report submission to Unit Head, QA-HO & TC . Support all inter-departmental teams for ensuring smooth production in line with adherence to Quality & Safety standards . Driving Compliance to L1, GMP & other relevant Regulatory requirements. . Innovation & Renovation start up activities and validation at units Qualification:. Post Graduate calibre or equivalent - preferably in science discipline like M.Sc. /B. Tech. /Food Technologist / Alcohol Technology Experience:. 10 - 15 yrs. Experience in Quality, preferably having experience in Regional Quality/ multi-site quality operations. Knowledge & skills:. Experienced in handling Regional Quality/ multi-site quality operations. . Knowledge of Quality & Food safety management systems. Best Suited for Someone who.
