Process owner would be expected to liaise with the shared service center and govern processes. Process owner need to ensure adherence to Internal Controls and SOX Compliance norms relating to the APA process.Key Result Areas/Accountabilities-Seamless Standardized Process & Service Delivery :- Manage day to day APA operation and ensure operation is performed smoothly- Build all control required for seamless delivery- Managing month end closing requirements- Keep updated on new corporate guidance and its impact on accounting-\xc2\xb7 Ensure intercompany and scrap transaction are carried out on time\xc2\xb7- Ensure updation of FAR and work to improve APA KPI\xc2\xb7 - Discussion with various stakeholders in circles, network and SSC to meet various integration related requirements- Perform Root cause analysis for SLA noncompliance and take corrective action\xc2\xb7-Understand business requirement to deliver result2.
