That\xe2\x80\x99s what makes us Roche.Your OpportunityWe are looking for the enthusiastic and multitasking candidate for the Manager clinical operations role who can provide local strategic planning and operational delivery of clinical studies through all phases of study management (preparation, study start-up, conduct, close-out), and manages local vendors in accordance with Roche quality standards, all applicable regulations, timelines and budgetyou will be responsible for all assigned studies at country level (Global, local studies) in accordance with the overall project plan, manages and maintains accurate country /study level plans (e.g. timelines, budget, resource, risk and quality plans) in the appropriate Roche planning system.Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Indian Regulations, multiple therapy area knowledge, technical expertise in the field of clinical operation, vendor managementWho you are:You are someone with a university degree or equivalent; professional qualification preferably in a medical/science related field Pharmaceutical medicine training highly desirableYou have a minimum 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Clinical Research industry with minimum 5 years in Clinical Operations.You should strive for excellence and extraordinary results.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
