Job description :- As a Client Servicing, incumbents primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :- A Post Graduate Degree in Marketing would be an added advantage.- Proven track record with specific success stories.- Experience in handling government clients is preferred- Acting as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring effective communication and meeting all client requirements.- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising and communication needs, and ensuring they are met to their satisfaction.- Overseeing the agencys accounts across all disciplines and delivering comprehensive solutions.- Preparing proposals and quotations for client requirements and effectively coordinating with internal departments to provide holistic solutions within specified deadlines.- Striving for first-time accuracy in delivering solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.- Retaining clients by ensuring complete satisfaction with their assignments and maintaining detailed records of day-to-day client interactions.- Creating monthly reports tailored to each client for the assignments undertaken.- Generating additional business from clients by promoting various solutions offered by the agency.- Monitoring client billing and ensuring timely payments.- Assisting superiors in client management roles and demonstrating a willingness to acquire new skill sets and explore different domains of advertising.- Being open to travel outside the city for client meetings and specific assignments as required.
