As an individual contributor with no direct reports, the COM will work closely with individuals at all levels within the company.The COM serves as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between various internal departments and advising leadership on how to leverage resources, tools and technology to drive positive change.Location: GurgaonMode of work: Remotelanguage: EnglishKey Responsibilities: * Optimization and Efficiency

• Lead and facilitate audit plans in collaboration with supporting functions
• Oversee regular process evaluations, identifying areas for repair, improvement and governance
• Lead weekly reviews to ensure continuous process improvement
• Incorporate best practices into team processes and structure
• Review account baselines and recruiting practices, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments
• Productivity and Profitability Review

• Analyze reports to identify historical data trends, forecast potential gaps, and build a case for necessary change
• Diagnose performance issues, collaborate with leadership to implement solutions and coach teams to close gaps
• Identify and share best practices and success stories with other teams
• Performance Metrics Analysis

• Review key performance metrics (such as Recruiter Output, Productivity, Cost, SLAs and KPIs) to identify and prioritize areas of focus

QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field.

Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience in talent solutions or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruiting as a Talent Acquisition professional.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
• Ability to identify trends and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations through structured data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, with a focus on planning and executing projects.
• In-depth understanding of continuous process improvement methodologies and experience in implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
