We are seeking a Passionate Project Manager to join our dynamic team to improve healthcare project delivery & make a positive impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, process and practices and stakeholder management capabilities with effective communication to influence and negotiate.
The project manager will be responsible for defining the tasks, resource management for the deliverables, provide direction and support, team coordination, on-time implementation and project risk control while providing metrics on a release-to-release basis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and should possess motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Essential Skills & Experience xe2x80x93
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office xe2x80x93 PowerPoint, Visio, Word & Excel
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Experience working in an SDLC, Agile and scrum environment.
Flexible to work in different geography timezones.
Hands on experience in managing tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, HPSM, Fogbugz, and so on.
Knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations such as HIPAA is desirable.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) & in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS). is a plus.

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Manage IT projects within the healthcare domain, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, system analysts, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and effective project execution, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
