:_ Manager - Operations- RCM AR CallerPosition Title:Manager - AR callerBand:C1Reporting to:Sr.Manager/AVP/Sr.AVP/VPLocation/Site:EXL India, ChennaiOverview:Manage daily operations of the AR Caler team. Resolve queries, new scenarios, patient billing inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Train and support team to ensure accuracy of deliverables meeting TAT and Quality SLAs. Collectively work and bridge the gap between client, internal leadership team and ops team. Improve team performance and efficiency and follow best practices. Be a SME in the process to handle and manage the resources and team.Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational instituteGood analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Typing speed of 30 WPM)Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)Experience:BPO Experience - 10-12 years experience in US Healthcare AR in any RCM company in IndiaCommunication Skill:Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skillsWorking Hours:40 hours per week as Full-time employeeShift time: Day/Mid ShiftWeekends OffTelecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband.Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy.Skills and abilities:

  • Expertise in RCM - thorough knowledge in AR Calling- denial management
  • Hands on experience in reporting system - strategic payment trend reports, reconciliation reports, TAT and SLA trackers
  • Excellent process documentation skillset to document client instructions.
  • Should have currently Team Lead/Operations Manager experience in PAPER for minimum of 6 Years. 6 years of managing/handling experience in Payment & Denial functions is mandatory.
  • Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors. Should be able to drive and manage team PAN India remotely.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets
  • Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team responsibilities
  • Communicates well in front of groups, both large and small.

  • Excellent client communications both via emails and calls.
  • Tracking and drafting clarifications to client clean and clear
  • Aligned with goals and visions of EXL
  • Have hands on experience with basic excels, strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible as per project and client requirements and good team player
  • Span of control - 20-50
  • Should be comfortable in working in India Day Shift and be flexible during client/project requirement
  • Work model will be Hybrid- Majority WFH and few cases WFO.
  • Should have HIGH SPEED Internet connection (BROADBAND setup) at home with 200 MBPS or speed.
  • Should have a power backup facility at home for continuous work without disruption
  • Allscripts PMS, Payer Path Clearing House, payer (insurance) portal and Professional Billing experience is mandatory (Urology Specialty will have added advantage but not mandatory)
