We are hiring for one of the Leading General Insurance CompanyPosition : Channel Sales ManagerVertical : HealthAgencyAgency (Health Insurance)Package : FIXED CTC +incentivesLocation :- Gujarat(Ahmedabad)Qualification :- Any GraduateType of position - Full TimeExperience - Minimum 1 Year(Any Insurance Sales)Industry preferred :- Any SalesJob Reponsbilities:- 1. Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.2. Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business3. Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year4. Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents5. Responsible for ensuring quality of applications6. Support/guide the producers in all activities related to policy services7. Train agents on products, process and USP's of Co.8. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium9. Responsible for sustainable Profitability10. To maintain the Hygiene11. Recruitment and retention of agents 12. Responsible for Activation (ref:updazz.com)
