Job Description


Centre Operations Manager

- Work experience: 8-10 years.

- With good English communication skills.

- Must be a MBA or equivalent Postgraduate.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations management :

- Supervise day to day operations of the centre including but not limited to inventory, memberships, pantry and other supplies.

- Responsible for invoice generation for clients on a monthly recurring basis. Ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining records.

- Managing and generating ad hoc invoices based on value added service consumption by clients (eg: printing, parking etc).

- Working with the finance team to ensure all payments are allocated and receipts are recorded in a timely and efficient manner.

- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and retention. Primary POC for member grievance handling and coordination with various departments.

- Generate and maintain trackers for inventory, member invoicing and collection and vendor management.

- Taking ownership of the ERP system managing the client life cycle including but not limited to creation, management and exit.

- Control and coordinate the access control system.

- Train, develop and empower the facility executive to take up responsibilities.

Vendor management :

- Primary point of contact with the vendors responsible for receiving goods and services and timely issue of PR and payment disbarments.

- Develop good working relationships with vendors and work with the Procurement team to search for new vendors as and when required.

- Tracking AMCs and liaise with vendors on periodic basis to ensure the terms are followed with respect to periodic service and upkeep of assets.

- Supervise the housekeeping and security services with support from the facility executive.

Key requirements :

- This is an intrapreneurial role where the center manager is responsible for the smooth day to day operations. The tasks are not limited to what is described above and the candidate is expected to consistently go above and beyond while sticking to CapitaLand code of conduct to ensure a great working environment.

- The candidate is expected to be quick thinking, ethical, diligent who can provide attention to details.

- The candidate needs to be a problem solver and should have diplomatic qualities to handle tough situations.
