Ensure there are no adverse audit observations in CDD or any other Business/Function area within SC Capital from a Process & Governance function perspective.
Deliver Operations business efficiency targets
Drive adoption of digital banking initiatives of SC Capital
Seamless execution and implementation of new Projects / Systems in SC Capital
CDD Management, Process & Governance
Drive the implementation of new / change in CDD processes end to end from design, documentation to execution.
Participate in CDD related - functional / technical discussions and contribute to digital process design and implementation
Ensure facilitation and smooth rollout of CDD related system integration related initiatives
Support business in minimizing operational risks and losses, and proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders
Timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues including collaboration with all relevant stakeholder functions, and establishment of effective controls
Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfil the needs of internal and external clients
Processes
Liaison with IT and business team and ensure that system application and IT infra support is there
Help Launch and build process for new products.
Ensures adequate documentation and training on all new systems, processes, policies, procedures and controls
Understands & practices methods to sustain change.
Risk Management
Understands market practices, awareness of local regulations, group and business policies, business
Standard procedures and best practices
Establishes a performance culture around Risk Management using root cause analysis and corrective action planning as key elements of operational risk management
Timely escalation of all incidents to appropriate authorities as per reporting framework
