Manager Calibration
Job Description
1] Generate and calibrate Vehicle Pedal maps, Brake maps, Regen Maps and Parameters related to Torque Path, Creep control, Hill Hold Control, Vehicle tip-in/tip-out, Acceleration, Speed limitation, Torque limits etc.
2] Perform Vehicle level drivability calibration/Torque Path calibration to meet Drivability targets
3] Perform Calibration for meeting Range and Energy Consumption Targets both at Inhouse and at Homologation/Certification/Test facilities.
4] Work on model based calibration methods using pre-simulation of functions and features before actual calibration on vehicles. Work closely with Simulation and Modelling engineers to gather relevant insights relevant for calibration.
5] Perform calibration of Sensors used for SoC measurement
6] Perform calibration of Battery management system (BMS) functions
7] Performa Calibration of specific motor control parameters related to drivability
8] Coordinate with other departments such as architecture, software development & validation team to ensure achievement of calibration goals
9] Manage and maintain all calibration changes as applicable to different vehicle variants
