Job Overview
DSSM Financial Reporting and Analysis Role in support of $1B Revenue RDS Business Unit.Working as a member of the DSSM Finance Team, this role will help develop/enhance & standardize the reporting & presentation requirements of the DSSM VP of Finance & other members of the team.Essential Functions

• Lead preparation and consolidation of monthly close & forecast presentations, management Monthly Business Review (MBR) Presentations, Operating Review (OR) Presentations

• Support monthly close process with possible responsibility for closing journal entries and forecast adjustments

• Support annual budgeting process

• Building appropriate financial analysis tools (to a high level of detail) which will drive explanation for variance analysis and decision making
• Meeting regularly with DSSM Finance (and possibly DSSM Business Partners) in order to share financial data & insights, as well as to understand operational

metrics which impact financial performance

• Coordinate Reporting deliverables and initiatives with RDS FP&A Team
• Developing business plans and tracking/reporting of any business improvement or strategic opportunities which have been implemented by

each team

• Ad hoc financial modeling/reporting as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree Req
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounting Req
• Previous line management experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of Hyperion applications
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant CPA qualified (or equivalent) Req
