Join our Business Support team at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC - Global Service Centre!Job Title: Manager - Business SupportJob Location: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)As a Manager with Business Support service line, you will be working in the Information Security Management domain. In this role you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders to assess infosec status, educate target audience, and drive compliance. Also, review infosec risks and work with partners to mitigate risks.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments for DGFFs business applications
• Conduct Information Security Compliance assessments and define mitigation tasks and/or compensating controls
• Assist in the development of information security architectures
• Educate and improve awareness in DGFF on the importance of security, risk & continuity management.
• Assess the adequacy and coordinates the implementation of information security controls on IT applications, suppliers and IT infrastructure
• Support analysis of findings from various Information Security testing (PenTest, static and dynamic security scans or audits)
• Manage projects to implement new Information Security controls across DGFF
• Effectively promote information security education, training, and awareness throughout the division
• Evaluate information received from monitoring and reviewing of information security incidents, and recommend appropriate actions in response

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field is preferable).
• 5 years working experience in an IT role (Project Manager, Application development, IT Security, Service Management), 2 years minimum in Information Security or related role, and 1 year minimum working within multinational - multicultural organization
• Project management skills
• Strong written and communications skills

• Sound analytic and reasoning skills
• Broad IT service / technical understanding
• Cultural Awareness
• Strong diplomacy and negotiating skills
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or any equivalent Information Security certification
