About the Role:

The objectives of this role are the following:

- Spearhead a range of high-impact cross-functional initiatives

- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary

- Create visibility for the visibility team through on-point reporting

What you will do:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives and drive initiatives across the organization

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and adoption of key company growth levers

- Develop and implement cadence reporting mechanisms to provide clear visibility for the leadership team, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning

- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiency improvements, leveraging strategic insights and cross-functional expertise to drive operational excellence

- Monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance

- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

Measures of Success:

- Cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch high-impact initiatives

- Successful execution of business growth levers in partnership with other departments

- Improvement of business optimization metrics

What are we looking for?

Must have:

- MBA (from a top tier B-School) with 3+ years of experience in

functions such as Business strategy, Program management, Consulting

- Proven ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency and productivity

- Ability to streamline and implement new structures to improve business outcome

- Effective organizational, communication, and leadership skills

- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

Good to have:

- Experience in Business Strategy in a B2B SAAS product organization
