In this position, you will be part of the Corp Function application Support team as SAP cloud solutions Integration lead This Position requires significant experience and training in integrating various SAP cloud applications such as SuccessFactors, Concur, S/4 HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass and Non SAP solutions like ADP, ELM, IDM, and SNOW Utilizing PI, PO, CPI, SAP Cloud Platform API Management, TIBCO, etc How you\'ll spend your day Ability to understand/gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Design build and test integrations using SAP cloud tools. Troubleshooting complex integration issues. Review, analyze and classify tickets (Priority and solution types) Requirements Definition - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Manage production operation activities Lead investigation and resolution efforts for critical, high impact problems and incidents Schedule and coordinating with other technical resources (e.g. information security, 3rd party developers, etc.)To address integration requirements of SAP systems with legacy, on premise and/or cloud applications. Use SAP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP and between SF and 3 rd party apps. Techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of the Integrations. Interaction with the Functional Team; Legacy team in gathering the requirement about the flow of data and mapping them to Cloud Solutions. Work with the Functional and Technical teams to find the possible ways of in designing the Interfaces and in preparing mapping document. Your experience and qualifications 5+ years of SAP Integration experience and expertise in building integrations using SAP cloud tools. Vast Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center (IC), SF Odata API, SF Compound Employee API knowledge Experienced in Providing End to End Integration Solutions Experience in SAP NETWEAVER-XI/PI/PO, SAP HCI/CPI/Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and SAP-ABAP. Good knowledge of integration techniques provided by the SAP like the RFC SDK, ALE/IDOC and BAPI. Oracle HR development experience required. Experienced with security integration tools such as Data Power. Prior Experience with Integration of at list three or more of following apps: Success Factors, Ariba, Concur, SAP ERP (HR, FI), Oracle ERP, Field Glass, ADP, ELM. Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration APIs and configurations. Knowledge of Java, XML or OOD methodologies a plus Experience with development on JAVA, Oracle, SQL, ABAP Experience in integrating SAP with SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Concur, FieldGlass, ADP, AWS, S4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Applications, etc. Skills & Capabilities Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently. Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills Self-driven, results oriented and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy and social skills. Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team Pharmaceuticals industry experience and knowledge a plus
