Job Description

Customer Experience Management 1. Greet the customer who walks in and understand customer preferences 2. Explain customers about the product and services offered 3. Ensure customer compliants are recorded, investigated, closed and communicated back

Stock Management and Cash Accounting 1. Take stock of available products and place requirements for next shift / day 2. Coordinate with vendors / suppliers to arrange raw materials and third party goods.(Carry bag, cake box, amul butter, biscuits etc...) 3. Prepare monthly Stock Report 4. Prepare and place monthly procurement orders 5. Inspect and accept supplies 6. Prepare every day sales and cash report

Product Preparation and Display: 1. Prepare products like Burger/Pizza/Milkshake - products as per company instructions. No details cooking - assembly and finishing alone to be done

Develop Skill and Knowledge of the Entire Crew 2. Establish a skill matrix and train every memember of the team 3. Identify and build backup for key resources 4. Resolve conflicts and ensure seamless delivery of goods and services

Monitor and Review Crew Performance 1. Assign tasks and ensure team members complete them as expected 2. Hold Daily Stand up Meetings 3. Generate Quarterly Performance Report

Government and External Agency Coordination 1. Keep record of government and legal procedures including licences, electricity, taxes etc...
