What does the role entail As a Business Operations Manager you will get to design, scale and efficiently manage mission critical operations across the event planning and execution lifecycle, with the focus of delivering a 11 on 10 experience for clients and partners. You will be required to come up with creative ideas, show agility in experimentation, collaborate with cross functional teams and drive continuous improvements. You will be responsible for planning the operations, managing budgets, improving processes and analyzing data to ensure everything runs efficiently. Do this with the support of a small team and while at it groom them to be the next you Job Requirement 3 to 6 years\' experience in Business Operations in early or growth stage companies will be ideal Experience in leading cross functional projects / teams is critical We are looking for people who hold a graduate/post graduate degree from top institutes of the country
