Responsibilities of this role Ensure that within the budget, best skilled & culturally fit staff are being recruited in the workplace and are ready to act. Have a track that they are being properly inducted to make them understand the culture of Amara Raja and his/her job Management of complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Coordinating recruitment by a screening of resumes calling up candidates & scheduling the interviews. Handling suitable profiles via Internet portals, referencing, headhunting, networking etc. Execution & Monitoring of planned Induction/Orientation program for new hires in all categories Employee relations - Regular interactions with employees to improve formal and informal connections and solve the individual or group problems at initial stage. Attending the daily review meeting and sensing the employee issues and grievances information helpful to HR
