Business Development - Enterprise Sales (3-9 yrs)Primary responsibilities include :- Identifying the right micro markets in your region & categories, understanding and scoping the buying patterns and requirements in said markets.- Build a strong understanding of buyer profiles in each of the markets one is responsible for and work closely with the Category team to tweak the product portfolio- Developing new client relationships with potential buyers, co-creating solutions that identify with gaps in their current sourcing network, and converting them into clients for Nexprt- Building on existing relations with a focus to maximise share of wallet from each of our buyers to Nexprt- Building a strong feedback loop to help in category development and growth of the business- Building a strong inside sales team to support on-ground sales and leverage team to scale the business across the regionYou work hand-in-hand with the founders, and the category teams to build the core business in your geographies.Location: Gurgaon with frequent travel to Middle East and other regionsIdeal Candidate :We are looking for folks who are excited about building 0 to 1 business and are interested in sales.
