Job Description

Manager of Business Development will drive growth for the company by developing new business relationships, expanding existing client portfolios, and ensuring the company's services align with market demands. This position requires a strong understanding of the medical billing industry, healthcare regulations, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Business Growth and Strategy:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and client base in the medical billing industry.
• Identify potential healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals for new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt and enhance business strategies.
• Create and present proposals to prospective clients to secure new contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their billing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure high client retention through proactive communication, support, and addressing concerns.
• Oversee client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback loops, ensuring services are being delivered as promised.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a business development team and ensure targets and performance metrics are met.
• Train and mentor team members on business development techniques, product knowledge, and sales tactics.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and growth.

Sales & Marketing:

• Conduct sales presentations, webinars, and other marketing activities to showcase the company's medical billing services.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant gatherings to stay connected and gather market insights.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and sales forecasts.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, including sales, client feedback, and market trends.
• Present performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Use CRM tools and other systems to manage and document all business development activities.

Compliance and Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, etc.), HIPAA compliance, and other relevant healthcare policies.
• Ensure all contracts, proposals, and communications comply with legal and regulatory standards in the medical billing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
