- Generate new sales lead for Staffing Business
- Achieve individual sales target.
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers.
- Analysis of the competitors and market
- Roll out of new clients & Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality by the Operations team
- Coordination with the Recruitment Team & Team Manager
- Provide guidance and coaching to team.
- Motivate and empower team to deliver team goals.
- Identify training needs and plan development activities along with RBM.
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality.
- Brand ambassador.
- Support in implementation of business and company initiatives.
