Relationship Building & Market Expansion:- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Indian companies.- Expand business in BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and other key sectors.- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Negotiation & Deal Closure:- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.- Negotiate pricing, agreements, and service terms with Indian clients.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
