Job descriptionAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing client relationships, and closing property deals. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their needs.- Provide expert guidance on market trends, property prices, and legal aspects.- Assist clients from property selection to transaction closure. Lead Generation & Sales Execution:- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and networking.- Research and list available properties for potential buyers and tenants.- Promote properties through online listings, marketing campaigns, and client meetings.- Negotiate deals and manage documentation for property transactions.
