Position : Business DevelopmentPrefered Location : Bangalore / Pune / Noida(Pan India role, Open to attend customer visits/ meetings / joint meetings with supplier on Pan India)Mode- FulltimePosition Summary :1. To Identify major trends of product\'s application markets. (Preferred segment is Automotive) 2. Developing, implementing and directing effective product marketing strategies to maintain existing markets3. Generate new markets and secure long-term leadership in achieved markets. Managing and contributing to an effective marketing of assigned products of a continuously high level.Role and Responsibilities : 1. Close coordination with supplier, Building strong business relationship with supplier & customers.2. Closely working with supplier for their identified market segments. (especially Automotive)3. Market survey and preparing assigned reports on weekly/monthly basis along with report for identified market segments for TAM, SAM, SOM, Competition details, Identified Market segment report. - TAM or Total Available Market is the total market demand for a product or service. SAM or Serviceable Available Market is the segment of the TAM targeted by your products and services which is within your geographical reach. SOM or Serviceable Obtainable Market is the portion of SAM that you can capture.4. Market Intelligence reports related to market trends & report on competition to close competitors in the market.5. Annual / Qtr. / Monthly Target achievement, Forecast planning, Business plan & strategies to achieve assigned target for India territory. 6. Coordinate marketing and sales activities with major, key and OEM accounts in product range.7. Manage orders, backlog, pricing and sample requests.8. Check and confirm quotations, prices and availability of products and samples.9. Evaluate, adjust and confirm forecasts.10. Provide support to product service and customer satisfaction. 11. Prepare presentations and statistics Business development : identify & survey market segment, submit report on segments & expand current customer base12. Arrange and attend customer visits and meetings & Joint meetings with supplier.13. Organise product promotions for new products, define domain, segment & sales strategies.14. Define and manage budget for assigned product area.15. Take up direct farming and hunting responsibilities for identified set of key customers & prospects.16.
