Job Title: Business Development Manager.

o Owns one of the highest numbers of Super Franchisees, Master Franchisees and General Franchisees of DTDC in India.

o As the company is associated with DTDC the Industry of the company is Courier and Logistics.

o Focus on signing new clients for the company.

o Managing a team of Sales Executives if any.

o Achieving teams monthly, quarterly and Annual Targets and presenting the same to the management.

o Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate new areas for sales with the team.

o Generating the leads by own through cold calling, networking, social media and other possible ways and sharing them with team to accelerate the sales and team's performance.

o Meeting potential clients and maintaining the pipeline as per the company standards.

o Negotiate/close deals by signing a contract for minimum 1 year.

o Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the concern seniors.

o Coordinating with the concern Branch In-charge for fluent after sales service.

o Generating references from existing or newly signed clients.

o Maximizing the Business from existing clients.

Requirements:

o Proven experience as a Sales manager or in relevant role. Minimum 2 Year in Courier /Logistics /Cargo /Supply Chain Industry.

o Proficiency in English.

o Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

o Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

o Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

o Fast learner and passion for sales.

o Should have leadership qualities and an attitude to bring best of the team.

o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

o Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

o Graduation Mandatory.
