We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client management, with a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality and F&B industry.
• Utilize organic methods to generate leads through networking, online research, and referrals.

Client Outreach:

• Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Meetings & Presentations:

• Schedule and fix meetings with potential clients.
• Attend meetings (in person or virtual) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Proposal & Negotiation:

• Create and deliver compelling proposals that showcase our services and value.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to onboard clients.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to refine services.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing queries and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (hospitality/F&B experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape, particularly in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for lead generation.
