Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.- Performance Monitoring: Set performance targets for distribution partners and track their progress. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
