Responsibilities :- Understand the CodeMonk.ai platform and the value proposition it offers to our clients and partners.- Gain insight into our Client\'s environment, challenges, and opportunities.- Identify the customer need and determine how the need can be addressed by CodeMonk\'s platform.- Work closely with the Founders in owning the sales function - defining and executing the outbound strategy and driving new business wins targeting medium to large enterprises globally.- Initiating outbound sales campaigns, researching, and prioritizing prospects, qualifying new opportunities, and closing new clients.- Directly drive the sales by getting in front of the right prospects proactively in a relevant, tailored way.- Discover the optimal sales process and tactics driven by numbers.- Develop a "sales playbook" and automate outbound sales motion using various salesenablement and automation tools.- Build and scale inside sales team in the medium-term and naturally develop into a pure-leadership Head of/ VP Sales as the team continues to scale in Europe and US.- Work with marketing and growth team to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads.- Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback and develop opportunities to improve our offerings.- Create appropriate market segmentation, target account list and resource allocation.- Analyze all stages of sales pipeline, identify and fill the gaps.- Work with the partner and channel ecosystem and other cross functional teams to execute on joint KPIs and sales target.-Occasionally travel to various industry events and conferences.Ideal candidates :- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling HRTech SaaS solutions or contract recruitment to tech companies.- Experience of working at both the corporate and start-ups is a must.- Proven track record of hitting targets and driving growth.- Experience in implementing sales automation tools- Sensitivity to commercial and cultural differences across continents.- Ability to perform in a small, fast-growing business with startup mindset.- Superb communication and persuasion skills.- Attention to detail, process, and reporting - each stage of the sales lifecycle needs to be logged.- Insight on the current tech landscape and able to rapidly understand new technologies and the impact we can have on them.- Excellent written and spoken English.- Desire to grow in the role and lead by example.- Selling to USA based clients would be an added benefit.What we offer :- Competitive salary as per your country of domicile.- Uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets.- Share options (ESOPs) awarded for you to ahciev- We are remote first company and this role will be on fully-remote basis.- Flexible working where you are measured based on your outcomes achieved and not hours wasted.- Other perks (pension, life insurance, cycle to work, etc) depending on your country of domicile.- Dynamic, fun, entrepreneurial work environment with globally distributed team.- The opportunity to further your career with a company that strongly believes in organic growth.
