Overview The Role - Manager, Business Development Location: Bangalore Overview:- Lead the development and implementation of Corporate Sales events, Promotions and Distributor qualifications that support global corporate strategies in the local marketplace. Develop and manage ongoing relationships with Distributor leadership in order to leverage support for corporate initiatives as well as to ensure that the company is in tune with their needs in growing the business. Work with management to prepare budgets and post analysis for events, promotions and qualifications and ensure they meet policy requirements. The Supervisor will use BI and other reports and local business knowledge to ensure that they support the growth strategy in region, before submitting to management for review and approval. The Role :- Manager Business Development who will be responsible for the Sales and distributor communication in the assigned territory How would you Contribute:- Lead the development and implementation of corporate sales events, promotions and distributor qualification that support global corporate strategies in the local market place. Handling a team size of 6 to 8. Responsibilities:- Work in conjunction with key local leadership and management to create and implement an integrated strategy to support our distributors business needs. Establish a clear distributor and consumer communication plan and overseeing implementation Recommend potential distributor promotions and ensuring that they fit global strategy by delivering distributor excitement and momentum. Interact with distributors to identify future growth potential in order to understand the needs of the market and daily method of operations. Manage events and promotions budgets effectively Manager PR/PO for the region Build strong positive relationships with your support teams in the relevant functions. Monitor DS performance, identify, and resolve issues in the territory Set goals for the year in the assigned territory. Regular Deep dives with key leadership in the territory Skills Required:- Active Listening Leadership Effective written and oral communication Sales Planning Time management Rational problem solving Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of Health and Wellness Minimum Qualification:- Graduate with 8 to 10years of experience in sales, relationship management, managing large distributors and regions. Experience specific to FMCG, Pharma/Neutrceutical, Hotel, Banking, Insurance, telecom. Mandatory Language Fluency : English and Kannada
