What we are looking for:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the restaurant or franchise industry, with 5+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

- Experience in franchise investor engagement and specialization in the Franchise Invested Company Operated (FICO) model.

- Ability to identify and target potential franchise investors interested in the FICO model.

- Conduct market research to assess the feasibility and potential for FICO opportunities in specific regions.

- Perform site feasibility studies, including market analysis, demographic assessment, and competitive landscape research.

- Provide training and support for franchisees to ensure they understand and can effectively implement the FICO model.

- Operational oversight, including working with franchisees to establish and maintain operational standards in accordance with company guidelines, and monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

- Collaboration with franchise investors to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring financial performance to implement strategies to maximize profitability.
