:- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience preferably from the same industry doing sourcing of electronics waste materials from large clients, corporate, companies, and various sectors.- Candidates who do not have experience in the e-waste industry should have experience handling large clients, Corporates, and Companies for B2B Sales/Business Development.Responsibilities : - BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales & and business development strategies for the clients. - To generate leads, client servicing, project execution, develop a database of qualified referrals, Area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing of deals with the necessary documentation. - Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients and increase year-on-year billing value. - Responsible for managing portfolios of large accounts and taking ownership of establishing and maintaining a relationship with the account\'s key decision-makers. - Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts by identifying opportunities for service increase, by cross-selling and up-selling of services. - To conduct baseline study and research in respective verticals and regions in formal sectors. - To network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the recycling sector.
