Designation : Business Development ManagerLocations : Multiple Locations are Open Type : Permanent and Full TimeJob description :Typical Responsibilities :- Prepare and implement the business development and marketing strategy for the business- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets; growth areas trends, Customers, partnerships, Product and services - including existing customers. Meet regularly with the Management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deal in line with strategies- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales process, structure and best practices across the company.- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations- Foster and develop relationships with customers / Clients.- Attend and participate in industry events and activities locally and internationally online and in person- Implement, develop and align the social media of the company with the marketing strategy.- Manage a team of internal content creators and external contractors to create marketable media.
