• The incumbent would be responsible for new business development/ Sales/ Client Acquisition from Pharma & FMCG industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Must have background in Logistics/ Transportation & having working experience in Cold
Chain Trucking
• Must have knowledge of transport operations, both FTL & PTL
• Experience of handling clients.
• Vendor identification, negotiation and finalization for surface movement of goods.
• Well versed with REEFER (COLD CHAIN) Division, Good industry knowledge
• Identification & selection of vendors for long haul and short haul routes.
• Overall responsibility of tracking of vehicles, In transit Goods.
• Vendor performance analysis and improvements.
• Monitoring and suggesting Capacity Utilization on all routes.
• Generate leads from new customers.
• Build effective business relationships with clients.
• Providing of timely MIS reports to the Customer / HO in the predetermined formats.
Qualification:
• Education- Graduate
• Experience- Total 02-03 years.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
• The aspirant must have extensive exposure of Business Development/ Sales
• Should be target oriented
• Should be tech savvy and good at Emails, WhatsApp, communication and system entries
related to the business.
• The aspirant should be willing to travel PAN India as per the requirements.
• Should be good in MIS/Excel data.
• Should have good command over written & spoken Hindi & English and ability to multitask and work in difficult situations.
