Roles & Responsibility :- Find competent financial consultants.- Take care of your agents and advisors- By using your agents, discover new business opportunities- Assign them a task in sales and encourage them.- Obtain the sales objective through intensives.- Outstanding people and leadership abilitiesCandidate prerequisite : - Must have a degree.- Field sales experience of at least two years- The capacity to manage a group of advisors- Not to be a job-hopper- Ready to go on sale- Strong leadership abilities are a requirement for the position.- Excellent understanding of sales forecasting techniques- Strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking.- A strong sense of time management.
