The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with agency partners in order to increase revenue and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities :- Find agency partners and cultivate your relationships with them.- Identify new business prospects in cooperation with agency partners.- Increase sales of our goods and services to agency partners and increase revenue- Plan and put into action strategic plans to boost sales and market share.- To inform business strategy, analyse market trends and the competitive environment.- Keep thorough records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales pipeline, activity reports, and client information Cooperate closely with internal departments, such as marketing, product, and operations, to guarantee successful delivery of solutions to agency partners- Attend trade shows and conferences to network and keep up with industry developments.- Manage contracts and bargain conditions with agency partnersRequirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in any field- Experience in field sales or BFSI for at least 3 years.- A track record of hitting sales goals and increasing income- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills- The capacity to interpret complex data and utilise it to guide business strategy- Readiness to travel when necessary Self-motivated with the capacity to work both individually and in a teamSalary : 3 To 4 LPA + IncentivesPlease share your CV.., (ref:updazz.com)
