Job Description

Function: Sales and Business DevelopmentResponsibilities :- Identify potential customers and sell products to them, ensuring revenue generation.- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide growth initiatives.- Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and improve key metrics.- Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies and tactics based on insights from experiments and performance data.- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.- Participate in events and door-to-door sales at the site level to ensure conversions.Requirements :- Minimum 6 Month of work experience.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales and BD, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.- Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
