Highly motivated and experienced sales professional 8-10 years of experience to join our Field Services team as Manager (Secure Power)in Gurugram location. This position reports to head of Business Development - FS, Greater India zone. The candidate should be technically sound on electrical products & critical power system and will be able to provide technical solutions on with Modernization & Digital monitoring along with various Spare parts replacement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plan the deployment of consultative selling approach through our FS core sales force, design the solution for end users, building strategy segment specific cooling solution keeping climatic condition in mind.
Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution.
Support sales team across country, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
Selection the type of offer to be proposed based on business nature of customer. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.

Candidate must be an engineer in Electrical / Electronics
Min 8 years work experience in Services and technical sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
