The 3 key fields of play are:Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controlsTechnology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.Overview: Supplier and Contract Management Professional is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the organisation. The candidate must have strong background and experience in supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle management, supplier performance management, commercial management, and has good understanding of the overall Source to Pay process.Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver client engagements across advisory, transformation and managed services solutions in the areas of Supplier Management, Contract Management and Source to Pay processes.
  • Ability to deliver client engagements pertaining to CLM technology solutions assessment, design, selection and implementation.
  • Perform supplier management activities and tasks including (but not limited to):
  • Contract Administration and query management
  • Contract data extraction and summarization
  • Compliance management
  • Deliverables and obligations management (identify, assign, track and report)
  • Financial management (validate invoices, track payments/credit notes, etc.)
  • Commercial management (identify and track value agreed in the contracts)
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Performance management (review and track SLA/KPIs, calculate service credits)
  • Relationship management (setup and run governance meeting, prepare material, align stakeholders, manage meetings, capture and track action items)
Skills and attributes:
  • Strong ability and inclination to work on simple to complex documents, with a focus to achieve high degree of quality and accuracy.
  • Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members.
  • Broad knowledge in the field of contracts and the business of outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of various contract/financial/performance management related processes like Contract Compliance and Administration, Contract Change, Invoice Management, Performance and SLA Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience of working with global stakeholders and environment is preferred.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and team player.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills and capability to supervise team.

Qualification and Experience:
  • 5-15 years of experience in Supplier Management, Contract Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Service Delivery Management or in similar roles
  • Certifications in procurement / supply chain / sourcing / SRM / contract management will be an added advantage
  • Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage. Experience of handling sourcing/ vendor management projects for clients will be helpful.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of leading Contract Management, Sourcing and Procurement tools will be preferred
  • Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Teams)
