Title: Manager, Business Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Medical & Regulatory Location: Bangalore Your role This role serves as a consultant to the business to translate business requirements into processes or technical systems solutions for validated systems and processes. They will own the support to existing and new systems and processes. They will manage a team of business analysts and work with business partners and IT to enhance the quality of IT products and services. They will perform the appropriate analysis to inform business decisions and find technological solutions to business needs. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Partner with business, product owners, tech delivery and operations teams to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on medium/large size projects.
• Provide direct supervision of individuals including mentoring, performance management, and staffing decisions.
• Support budget development, forecasts of projects and resources.
• Oversee the production of business requirements, functional design documentation, testing plans.
• Ensure the delivery from the business analyst team is timely, efficient and meets the standards of the organization.
• Create and implement end-user support solutions in partnership with the global support organization for applications supported within the organization, partnering with the global service desk.
• Identify, analyze, implement, and document appropriate functional solutions and business flows for problems and issues that may impact medium/large Business and IT projects. Propose and implement solutions that may impact day-to-day operations and/or project costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc) for problem resolution.
• Understand, follow, and enforce appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes.
• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams using structured communication plans. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function. Manage Organizational Change Management effort/cycle. Collaborate with the business team when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate training of others as appropriate on specific areas of business or systems expertise. Own the development of training materials.

• Work with third party vendors, Patient Safety, Medical/Clinical Regulatory Affairs Leadership Team and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.
• Lead change control activities and support development of test scripts and execute test scripts in HPALM
• Strong organizational and accountability skills required.
• Strong English language skills required; must be comfortable conversing in English.
• Experienced with people and team management required.
• Experienced with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management frameworks.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Master\'s or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading business analysts working in the life science industry.
• 8+ years of experience working in the life science industry and 3+ years of experience supporting Medical, Clinical, Patient safety or Regulatory functions.
• Experienced working in cloud technologies / SAAS platforms preferably with Veeva, HP ALM, Medidata, Salesforce
• 3+ years of experience in developing documentation such as validation master plan, Risk assessment, Validation protocols (Installation qualification, Operational qualification, Performance qualification), URS, FRS, Traceability Matrix and Validation summary report.
