: Manager, BTL and Partnerships Location: Delhi Position Overview: LeadSquared is looking for an experienced Field Marketer who will play a key role in developing and executing effective BTL marketing strategies and building strategic partnerships to drive business growth. As a member of the strategy team, the ideal candidate will identify partners, associations, and clusters across cities to do targeted marketing. This role will be cross-functional and requires an individual with a diverse skill set that focuses on communication and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and industry use cases. The candidate will also need to work with a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, and sales teams, to gather insights and organize external events for LeadSquared. Responsibilities: . Identify and establish partner associations to leverage marketing investments and enhance brand visibility. . Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their pipeline needs and deploy field marketing capital effectively. . Collate and assess the return on marketing capital deployed, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure effectiveness. . Plan and deploy marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across various channels. . Camouflage marketing initiatives with existing partners and customers to strengthen relationships and maximize reach. Qualifications: . 4-6 years of experience in BTL marketing and partnership development, preferably within the CRM or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. . Analytical mindset, capable of collecting and analyzing data to measure marketing effectiveness. . Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Why Should You Apply .
