We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - BSRS ( Balance sheet reconciliation & substantiation )


Principal responsibilities


• Data analysis, process deep dives, identify challenges and work with the Project Lead to remediate the issues.
• Sampling assurance reviews & substantive testing.
• Identify key themes and support creation of assurance review model for wider implementation across the Group.
• Engage with SMEs and other stakeholders to discuss the findings and work towards remediation.
• Assignment of all accounts ensuring NIL unassigned and unsigned accounts.
• The role holder will be required to engage with key stakeholders across various cross-functional teams, including finance operations to align the project goals.

Requirements
• Understanding of the current Balance sheet reconciliation & substantiation process
• Good understanding of FIM and policy guidelines
• Data analysis & reconciliation skills, quick to understand data, ability to challenge and compare multiple sources of data
• Accounting qualification with 8+ years of experience predominantly in Finance, Banking/Financial services organization.
• Proficient in excel and Finance automation tools.
• Good verbal & communication skills
