- Define and enhance the brand\'s distinct value proposition and competitive positioning within the dynamic real estate sector.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt and refine the brand strategy as needed.
Marketing Campaign Development:
- Conceptualize, strategize, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively convey the brand\'s message and core values.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure seamless campaign coordination and success.
Content Generation and Storytelling:
- Spearhead content creation initiatives by crafting compelling narratives, visual assets, and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience.
- Craft authentic stories that highlight the brand\'s projects, values, and community impact.
Social Media & Internal Marketing:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, actively engaging with online communities to foster brand interaction and dialogue.
- Ideate & execute monthly social media activities in line with brand objectives.
- Work closely with Graphic Designers to roll out emailers and posters for new initiatives and launches.
Public and Media Relations:
- Foster relationships with influential media outlets, journalists, and key influencers to secure media coverage and endorsements.
- Prepare and distribute press releases and media kits to showcase new developments, accomplishments, and company milestones.
Event Coordination and Sponsorship:
- Identify strategic event opportunities and sponsorships to amplify brand visibility and connect with target audiences.
-Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for brand-related events.
