- Looking for strategic, data driven and digital experienced Marketer with an innovative mindset to lead the Brands &Social Media for our Clients. Key Responsibilities - Design, lead and execute the brand &communications strategy for all Growth Track Clients to strengthen their brand, build on brand equity, create the pull and drive all brand parameters and engagement goals. - Enhance brand presence across all digital platforms for enhancing brand reach and recall resulting in increase in market share - Lead the team to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brands. Develop, run, and analyse high-growth, 360-degree clutter-breaking, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms with an emphasis on data-driven decisions. - Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from client briefs to copywriting, creative & development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement. - Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide positioning and messaging recommendations and maintain brand consistency in multi-channel communications - Collaborate & Coordinate with clients to drive their brand agenda - Designing and Content Development for Client Websites - Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, &monthly calendars for all clients - Drive and ensure building engagement for the clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, etc. Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community. - Collaborate with arange of partners like influencers, and platforms to identify and implement impactful and creative solutions to further the brand - Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings - Collaborate internally and externally to ensure key brand campaigns, activations and moments are amplified via social channels. - Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space. Capabilities :- Minimum 10 years\' relevant experience in building brands, managing large scale digital campaign and media mandates across industries- Strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility and a strong hold on communication to ensure we are able to get the best communication out.- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities. - Team building and management experience of at least 4-5 year\'s - Deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem. - Possess strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to influence others, apassion for marketing, strong cross-functional leadership and keen business acumen - Empathetic, patient and open-minded to the viewpoints of others in order to build and support team collaboration.
